Peel & stick wallpaper.  Tools needed:  For an 8′ x 12′ long wall: 4 rolls of peel and stick wallpaper, measuring tape, scissors, ladder, and a squeegee.   We will be demonstrating the ‘how tos’ on a 30″ x 40″ poster board, cutting it to fit, peeling the backing off, applying it the the poster board, and using a squeegee to smooth out air bubbles.

Photo on a canvas.  Tools needed: blank canvas, (any size to fit your photo), a photo or inspirational saying, a brayer to smooth, Modge Podge, edge paint (color to match the photo, or black) 2 inexpensive paint brushes (1 for painting the edges, 1 for applying the Modge Podge).  We will be demonstrating on a medium size blank canvas.  Painting the outer framed edges, then covering the face of the canvas with Modge Podge, using it as the adhesive for the photo.  We will smooth the photo with a brayer to remove air bubbles, then cover the photo with more Modge Podge to make it look like a hand-painted photograph.

Recover a dinette chair.  Tools needed:  dinette chair with a padded seat, screw driver, ⅔ yard of decorator fabric, scissors, staple gun.   We will demonstrate how to remove a the chair pad from the chair frame by removing 4 easy screws.  Then measure the fabric for the seat cover, extending it 2-3″ out on all sides, fold the edges up over the back of the seat cover, staple it into place, stretching it tight to fit, and replacing it on the chair frame with the 4 screws.
