Joey's Tips:

Start your morning off with my morning elixir.  This is a combination of 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaaspoon cinnamon, pinch of cayenne, and juice from a freshly squeezed lemon and warm water.  This combination helps control blood sugar levels, detoxify the liver, suppresses hunger, aids in digestion, and boosts the metabolism.

Do NOT start your day off with a sugary carb like a bagel, muffin, or sugary cereal.

If you want to lose SKIP the BOOZE.  Besides the “empty” calories, once alcohol enters your system you put the brakes on burning ANY fat until your body gets rid of it.  Not to mention it lowers your testosterone levels making you less likely to add muscle.
