Pairing #1:

Dish: Jumbo Chicken Wings

Dish is with Buffalo Style sauce. Optional sauces: Sticky Honey Orange/ BBQ / Asian Sesame / Spicy Mustard

Craft Beer: LaSalle St Lager, German Helles Lager

This traditional German Helles is brewed with Pilsner, Munich and CaraPils malts. German Magnum hops offer bitterness while German Splat offers noble hop aroma that blends beautifully with the sweet malty, yet crisp balance of this refreshing light lager.

Pairing Details: A close second to pizza and beer, is beer and chicken wings. Our buffalo style wings are paired with our LaSalle St lager. The heat of the wings is offset by the crisp, light sweetness of the lager cleaning up your palate for another bite, or another sip.

Pairing #2:

Dish: Arugula Caprese Salad

Bufala Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula, Fresh Basil, Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette, Croutons

Craft Beer: Witte Chicks Dig Me, Belgian Style Witte

This refreshing Belgian style Witbier is brewed with Pilsner, and White Wheat malts. Unmalted wheat and flaked oats help round out the body, while sweet orange peel, coriander seed, and East Kent Goldings hops offer a floral, earthy and citrusy nose to this hazy ale.

Pairing Details: The peppery arugula and acidity of the tomatoes goes great with the floral, citrus aroma of our Belgian style Witte. The Bufala Mozzarella and Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette offer a pleasant full-bodied mouthfeel that is accentuated by the refreshingly light, yet satisfying body and flavor of the wheat malt.

Pairing #3:

Dish: Pesto Meatball Panini

Meatballs, Bacon, Pesto, Roma Tomato Sauce, Parmesan

Craft Beer: Great Bam-Gino, Black Rye IPA

A twist on the Cascadian Dark Ale style, our Black Rye IPA is packed with flavor. Enough bitterness to satisfy hop heads, yet balanced and drinkable over a few pints. Chinnok, Amarillo, and Centennial hops attribute to its citrus and piney nose while Pale, Rye, Special B, and Black Patten malts offer a spicy, yet, full caramely body to this robust version of India Pale Ale.

Pairing Details: Such a robust, full flavored sandwich needs a beer that can hold it’s own. The Rye, and dark caramel malts offer a sweetness that melds beautifully with the smokiness of the Crumbled Bacon and nutty Parmesan, while the moderate bitterness cuts through herbal pesto and tender meatball.

Pairing #4:

Dish: Signature Chicago Fire Deep Dish Pizza

Hot and Spicy Patty-Style Sausage, Fire Roasted Red Peppers & Red Onions

Craft Beer: Broken English, English IPA

This full-bodied English ale is a sessionable English pub ale. English Marris Otter, CaraMunich, and Belgian Special B offer a biscuity sweetness to its rich amber color. The English East Kent Goldings and Challenger hops offer floral and piney notes to the nose with a hint of lemony citrus.

Pairing Details: Slight bitterness cuts through the rich umami from the Patty Sausage and tang of the Fire Roasted Red Onions cleaning the palate while the texture and flavor of the cornmeal crust accentuates the biscuity caramel notes from the English malts.
