16oz tomato purée
8oz chopped clams
8oz diced white onion
4oz olive oil
2oz Italian seasoning
1/2 pound dry spaghetti or linguine
4oz grated parm


Heat pan over medium heat, add olive oils, sweet onion until translucent then add clams with Liquid, cook for 5 min and add purée and seasoning cook for additinal 45 min until clams are very tender

Heat 4qts or salted water until boiling, add pasta and cook to desired doneness, mix with sauce and serve topped with parm
