Freddy’s Turkey Chili

1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups diced white onion
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup diced poblano pepper
1 cup pinto beans, with juice
1 cup kidney beans, with juice
2 cups diced canned tomatoes
1 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp ground mustard
2 Tbs canola oil

Put canola oil in soup pot and warm over medium heat.  Once oil is hot, add ground turkey.  Cook turkey until browned.  Add garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes.  Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 45 minutes. Place chili in 8 bowls and garnish with cheddar, sour cream, and red onion.
