Stress Fighting Foods

Black Tea:
Quickly helps you feel less stressed. One study found 4 cups of black tea each day helped people recover from stress twice as fast as non-tea drinkers.

Salmon:
Decreases anxiety. Omega 3 fatty acids decrease brain inflammation, which may help calm nerves.

Chickpeas:
Regulate blood pressure. Contain potassium, calcium & magnesium, key electrolytes to control blood pressure.

Oatmeal:
Improves mood/happiness. Good carbs increase serotonin, which is a feel good compound in the brain.

Dark Chocolate:
