Griddle Seared Butterkasse Atop Salad

Ingredients:
4 oz assorted baby vegetables, sliced thin
2 oz slice of Prairie Pure Butterkasse
1 oz assorted local root vegetables
1/2 oz your favorite vinaigrette

Directions:
Slice all ingredients thin. Toss and season in dressing tool with pan seared cheese and garnish.
