Stuffed French Toast

loaf of Texas toast
flavored cream cheese
fresh fruit
egg beaters (or beaten eggs)
toppings – syrup, fruit, whipped cream, etc.

Take two slices of the toast. Spread the cream cheese on one side, add the fruit (if desired) put second on top. Dip both into the egg mixture and put onto griddle, or fry pan cook over medium heat. Cook until both sides are golden brown (approximately 10-15 minutes) flipping one time during cooking. Remove from the pan, put it on a plate and put on your favorite topping.
