2-11 Turkey Chili

2 lbs. ground turkey
1 large diced onion
1 large diced green pepper
1 jar of salsa (you decide how hot)
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
14 oz can re-fried black beans
14 oz. can black beans
1 diced jalapeno (optional)
3 Tbs chili powder (season to taste)

Saute your ground turkey on medium heat and when mostly done add the onions, green peppers and jalapenos.  Continue sauteing until onions are clear. Set flame to low. Add salsa and crushed tomatoes and chili powder.  Simmer till bubbling and then add re-fried black beans.  When bubbling again add black beans.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Add more chili powder as needed.
