Founder Tray Roemer explains, “We alternate between treadmill intervals and strength exercises on the floor. So heart pumping, calorie burning, total body workout designed to shred your body. It’s for anybody and everybody. We have walkers, joggers, and runners.”
Why is it important to have both cardiovascular and strength train?
Roemer says, “High intensity interval training is designed to spike your heart rate and then lower it. So what’s gonna happen is you’re gonna burn calories more after your class because your body is still trying to recover after that class. We also have amazing music, it’s dim lights so you get in here get into your own zone and we motivate you to get through it.”
