ComEd’s Ice Box Derby is a competition that encourages young girls in the Chicagoland to be involved in the STEM workforce. A couple Ice Box Derby contestants shared their experiences in the program with WGN Morning News.

STEM stars can come from anywhere, and they can change the world! Here are some of the faces from the ComEd Icebox Derby telling their stories. Thanks to ComEd, girls from all over Chicagoland are getting hands-on experience in science, technology, engineering, and math.
