PAPER DRAGON
a fruity and refreshing tequila cocktail with a
spicy kick from sichuan peppercorn
RECIPE:
1.5 oz Lunazul Blanco
0.25 oz Salers
0.5 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
0.5 oz Sichuan Peppercorn Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
METHOD: Shaken
GLASS: Rocks
GARNISH: Lime Wheel
DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to a cocktail
shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks
glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a lime
wheel.
CHEATING DEATH
an old fashioned riff with rye whiskey, italian
amaro, and subtle savory notes
RECIPE:
1.5 oz Rittenhouse Rye
0.5 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
0.5 oz Chinese Five Spice Cordial
0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
3 ds Umami Bitters
METHOD: Stirred
GLASS: Rocks
GARNISH: Orange Swath
DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients to a mixing
glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over a
large cube. Express the oils of an orange
swath over the drink and add the swath as
garnish.
