Chicago-born poet J. Ivy is widely known for his Def Poetry appearances and his work with Kanye West. Well now he is known as a Grammy Award-winning artist. ‘The Poet Who Sat By The Door’ won Best Spoken Word Poetry Album at this year’s Grammys. And today has also been declared J.
