When you talk about people synonymous with WGN-TV, Bozo, Harry Caray and Tom Skilling are top of mind. But when it comes to people who work behind the scenes, Steve Novak is a rock star.

Daytime Chicago airs weekdays on WGN from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
