Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur, food writer, and filmmaker Vikas Khanna stopped by the Morning News kitchen to share a scallop recipe off the menu of his new restaurant Kinara.

Join Khanna this weekend at the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, where his film "The Last Color"  will be screened.
