...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM CDT FOR EAST
CENTRAL DE KALB AND SOUTHWESTERN KANE COUNTIES...

AT 357 PM CDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
WAS LOCATED OVER HINCKLEY, OR 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF LITTLE ROCK,
MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.



IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT 
         SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE 
         TO ROOFS, WINDOWS, AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR.  TREE DAMAGE IS 
         LIKELY.
