Fried Green Tomatoes
Sliced green tomatoes
Sweet mustard basil vinaigrette
Dip tomatoes in batter and then pan fry.
Drain oil from tomatoes.
Plate fried tomatoes.
Drizzle balsamic and basil vinaigrette over the top.
Top with fresh basil.
