Train strikes pedestrian on Metra Electric line

CHICAGO — Metra Electric service is moving again after a train struck a pedestrian.

The accident involving train No. 734 happened around 8 a.m. Friday near Kensington.

The pedestrian’s identity has not yet been released.

Metra says to expect delays due to the earlier accident.
