Spirit of giving reaches to furry friends at Animal Care and Control

CHICAGO –The spirit of the season and the hustle of the holiday was built into each bark at Animal Care and Control Monday.

Volunteers donated their time, toys and treats on Christmas Eve.

“At any given time we have between 350-400 animals depending on the day and hour,” Kelly Gandurski of Chicago Animal Care and Control said.
