2 lbs. Russet potatoes
½ cup flour
¼ cup onion
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Grind potatoes and drain water. Grind onion. Mix together. Add remaining ingredients.
To fry, preferably use a cast iron pan filled 1” deep with vegetable oil. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop batter by tablespoon into the hot oil. Turn when edges are browning.
