Dangerous Rip and Structural currents could develop along the Lake Michigan shoreline today

With 10 to 20 mile-per-hour northerly winds, wave action could develop dangerous rip and structural currents along the Illinois and Indiana Lake Michigan shoreline today. A Beach Hazards Statement/Advisory is in effect until 4PM CDT this  Tuesday afternoon (light-blue-shaded area on the highlighted map).
