  SOUTHEASTERN DUPAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS...
  SOUTHEASTERN COOK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ILLINOIS...
  PORTER COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN INDIANA...
  LAKE COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN INDIANA...

* UNTIL 1245 AM CDT

* AT 951 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CHICAGO, JOLIET, NAPERVILLE, HAMMOND, GARY, BOLINGBROOK, ORLAND
  PARK, TINLEY PARK, OAK LAWN, ROMEOVILLE, PLAINFIELD, CALUMET CITY,
  PORTAGE, MERRILLVILLE, VALPARAISO, CHICAGO HEIGHTS, EAST CHICAGO,
  SCHERERVILLE, HOBART AND LANSING.

TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
