Marley Kayden and Lauren Scott join Elliott Bambrough as new co-hosts of Chicago’s Best
CHICAGO — Oak Brook Productions (OBP) announced today the addition of Marley Kayden and Lauren Scott, joining Elliott Bambrough, as co-hosts of Chicago’s Best beginning in May.
Kayden is an Emmy-Award winning multimedia-journalist who most recently worked at WMAQ-TV as a traffic anchor/reporter. Kayden is active in the community and loves exploring Chicago neighborhoods. When it comes to food, she loves pizza and has a severe sweet tooth. Kayden has a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University.
Scott, who is a native south side Chicagoan, most recently was a feature reporter at KETV in Omaha, Nebraska. She is thrilled to be back in Chicago and ready to enjoy a Chicago summer. When it comes to food, Scott is a huge fan of Mexican restaurants. Scott graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in broadcast journalism.
The local Emmy-Award winning Chicago’s Best is a weekly television show featuring the best neighborhood restaurants in Chicago and the suburbs as selected by the show’s thousands of social media followers. The hosts profile and sample the best affordable and iconic dishes and meet many of Chicago’s most interesting people along the way.
Chicago’s Best launched on WGN-TV in April of 2010 and has profiled over 1,250 different restaurants from Northwest Indiana to the farthest northern suburbs of Chicago.
