CHICAGO — A 6-year-old from Crystal Lake got the rock star treatment at Wrigley Field, where he found out he won a very special contest.

Jack Backe got to hang out on the field before Wednesday night’s Cubs game.
It was part of his prize for winning the Starlight Foundation’s contest to design a hospital gown for sick babies.

His design is pink with hearts all over it. It was inspired by his 7-month-old sister who was born with a congenital heart defect.

About 30,000 hospitalized kids across the U.S. will get the gown.

Congrats Jack!
