Police seek public’s help in locating mother, 1-year-old daughter

CHICAGO — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a toddler reportedly taken by her mother.

Investigators say Kiara Rosario, 18, doesn’t have parental rights over one-year-old K’lynn Rosario.

Rosario’s family believes she may be on the Northwest Side, around Division and Laramie.

Kiara Rosario is 5’3, about 130 pounds with the name “Jason” tattooed on the back of her neck.
