Ex-White Sox player Albert Belle arrested for indecent exposure, DUI

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Former Major League Baseball All-Star Albert Belle was arrested on indecent exposure and driving under the influence on Sunday in Scottsdale, Arizona.

According to Newsweek, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office booked Belle, 51, on two counts of indecent exposure, and one count each of driving under the influence and extreme driving under the influence.

The details of Belle’s arrest are not yet clear. However, Belle was arrested during a spring training baseball game in Scottsdale.

Over his 11-year career, Belle was a five-time All-Star. He played for the Cleveland Indians, the Chicago White Sox and the Baltimore Orioles from 1989 to 2000. He was entered into the Cleveland Indians Hall of Fame in 2016.

A hip problem forced him to retire at 34.
