Boykin not yet conceding in Cook County Board race

The voting is over, almost all the votes are counted and as it stands now, it appears there's going to be two new faces on the Cook County Board.

However, one of the candidates is not ready to concede. Commissioner Richard Boykin says the race is just too close to call.
