Rome has trained alongside renowned chef Wolfgang Puck and worked in some of the world’s finest restaurants. But it may be his latest endeavor that makes him most proud.
Rome is involved in a culinary arts program “Before The Plate.” It introduces the basics of cooking to students and various aspects of the restaurant business.
