CHICAGO -- It's now a little easier to get to Lake Shore Drive, Soldier Field and the Museum Campus, because the I-55/LSD interchange project is complete.

The $135 million project started in 2015 and included the reconstruction of six elevated bridges and a second ramp to connect LSD to outbound I-55.

Transportation officials say the upgrades will be beneficial for a countless number of people.
