CHICAGO -- The Cook County Board of Commissioners is the latest governing body to tackle the issue of sexual harassment in the work place.

A proposal by Commissioner Dennis Deer would require county employees to undergo sexual harassment training every year.

The proposal would spell out exactly constitutes sexual harassment.

Deer introduced the measure at a committee meeting Wednesday morning.

Similar plans are being considered for City of Chicago and State of Illinois workers.
