Fast food is all around us. It's quick, it's convenient and we know it's not good for us, but we hit the drive thru anyway.

A new book says processed food is killing us but there are things we can do to get healthier.

The book is called: "Fast Food Genocide: How processed food is killing us and what we can do about it," and the author Dr. Joel Fuhrman stopped by WGN Morning News Friday to talk about it.
