CHICAGO — Chicago Police Supt. Eddie Johnson is officially back on the job Wednesday.

He was spotted listening to Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s 2018 budget address at City Council.

He had been recuperating from a kidney transplant that he had at the end of August.
