60-year-old man shot in Englewood drive-by

CHICAGO — A 60-year-old man standing in front of a home was shot in a drive-by shooting.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. Wednesday evening in the 6300 block of South Marshfield in the city’s Englewood neighborhood.

Police said someone inside a van fired shots as it drove by.

The man was hit in the leg and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No one is in custody.
