CHICAGO -- A ten story tall tribute to Blues Icon Muddy Waters, will be formally dedicated Thursday.

The ceremony will kick off at noon, as part of the Chicago Blues Festival.

The Muddy Waters legacy band is scheduled to perform. The mural, at State and Washington was painted by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra last year.
