$3M bond for man charged in I-88 road rage murder

Wheaton, IL -- A tow truck driver who's accused of shooting and killing a truck driver in an act of road rage is being held on $3 million bond.

34 year-old Anthony Tillmon, of Lansing, is charged with murdering 43 year-old Eduardo Munoz.

Tillmon allegedly opened-fire on I-88 in Oak Brook on Friday.

Munoz managed to pull off onto York Road, but died at a hospital.

Tillmon is accused of then speeding-off.

He allegedly met his girlfriend at a Walmart, and abandoned his vehicle.

The DuPage County State's Attorney's office says 9mm shell casings were found in Tillmon's tow truck.

He turned himself over to authorities on Tuesday.

Munoz was engaged to be married.

He was heading home to Northlake after a week on the road.
