CHICAGO -- Chicago police now say a man who forced a woman into the trunk of her car Thursday night in Wrigleyville also sexually assaulted her at gunpoint.

She remained in the trunk as he drove around the city, eventually crashing into a tree at 115th and Throop St.

He fled the scene. The woman escaped from her car's trunk and called police

Police are still searching for the carjacker.

A vague description has been released of the carjacker: a heavyset black man in his 30's with a goatee, wearing khakis and a red shirt.
