Officials warn motorists to drive safe on Super Bowl Sunday

CHICAGO — Governor Bruce Rauner will unveil a plan to address shootings on Chicago area expressways when he delivers his state budget address Wednesday.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports, Rauner will propose sending more state troopers to Chicago.

200 state police cadets would be trained to deal with the violence spilling from neighborhood streets onto the expressways.
