A Blake Shelton fan string of bad luck may be over.

Jonathan Daniels posted a letter to Shelton on Facebook last month after Daniels was in a motorcycle crash.

“I know this is a long shot but it’s worth a try in my eyes,” the post begins.

Daniels goes on to explain he had purchased ticket for Shelton’s  Brooklyn show for he and his girlfriend:

A couple of months ago you had a concert in NY at the Barclays center on October 8th. My girlfriend Lindsay and I were supposed to attend. …we never actually got to go to the concert.

Daniels was in a crash and taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries:

The police on scene, and the EMT didn’t think I would make it through the night. Well they were wrong!!

Daniels says he’s recovering and his girlfriend, a huge Blake Shelton fan, was of great support and continues to help him recover.

Daniels would like nothing more but to thank her by taking her to a connect:

All she wants is to see you in concert. It would just make her day and make her smile which is all I want to do!!

Daniels posted the letter along with photos of him in the hospital, with his girlfriend by his side.

The letter ends with:  “Hopefully this letter makes it to Blake Shelton somehow”

Well it did.

Today, Daniels posted a video from Shelton on his Facebook page:

In it Shelton personally wishes Daniels well on his road to recovery and says he will give the couple tickets to “whatever show you can make it to.”

Don’t rush!  For God’s sake!  Take your time getting well.

Shelton also says he wants to meet the couple.
