Florence Henderson, who played Carol Brady on “The Brady Bunch,” died Thursday from heart failure at the age of 82.

Henderson was in Chicago often -- doing theater dating back to the early 60's, and in many appearances including back in 2008 when she was set to sing the national anthem at the Air and Water Show.

Dean Richards remembers his interview with her, and a special kiss they shared on LIVE TV.
