CHICAGO — The Thanksgiving travel rush officially ends today.

But Tuesday, some of the lowest-paid workers at O’Hare Airport plan to stage a strike, to press their demand for more money.

The Fight for $15 campaign plans protests at 20 major airports, as well as demonstrations at more than 300 McDonald’s restaurants across the country.

Child-care workers and graduate assistants are also joining the campaign for a $15 minimum wage.
