LAPORTE, Ind. — Detectives from the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources identified the body of a man found in a northwest Indiana wildlife area on Nov. 25.

41-year-old Mark Huber was found deceased in the Kingsbury Fish and Wildlife Area just southeast of La Porte, police said. Huber had lived in Goshen, IN for several months after moving from Cleveland, OH. Police had released descriptions in an effort to identify the body after it was found, including a tattoo that said “Zachary” on the right arm.

Police haven’t ruled out foul play, and said an autopsy scheduled for Monday will help determine the cause of death. Anyone with information is asked to call 219.326.7700 ext. 2404.
