Pressure is mounting on Hillary Clinton to demand a recount.

A growing number of academics and computer scientists believe the results in three key swing states may have been manipulated by foreign hackers.

They claim that Clinton performed seven percent worse in electronic voting counties.

Activists are urging the Clinton campaign to call for an independent review and a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Donald Trump won those states.  But if all of those electoral college votes had gone to Clinton, she would have won the presidency.
