CHICAGO — Sorry Cubs fans — there will NOT be a watch party at Wrigley Field for World Series Game 6 (or a Game 7.)

“No watch party is currently planned,” Cubs spokesman Julian Green confirmed in an email to WGN-TV.

Last year, the Cubs considered hosting a watch party for the Cubs-Pirates Wild Card game, but ultimately decided against it.

Cleveland Indian fans were able to watch Games 3, 4 and 5 on a giant video bard at Progressive Field. According to RedEye, more than 67,218 people attended those games.
