CHICAGO -- The craziness whirling around the Cubs' World Series run is having a positive, and some negative, impacts on Wrigleyville.

Bars and restaurants are loving it. They're cashing in on all of the extra business.

But, residents are dealing with new and expanded parking restrictions.

However, they are also taking the excitement in stride, recognizing the Cubs' World Series appearance is a major deal.
