Managers and leaders should take part in fantasy football in order to get staff comfortable and make them feel like it is okay to participate. Host a company-wide draft party and invite family and spouses of employees if they want to participate.

When the expectation is set that employees are still responsible for hitting their goals, the focus becomes more on that instead of focusing on the time that an employee works or the hours they are in the office.
