MELROSE PARK -- A giant warehouse in Melrose Park is home to one of the largest and creepiest haunted houses in Chicago.

13th Floor Haunted House is 30,000 square feet of pure terror with not one, but two scary experiences to go through, called “Bloodline: Legacy of Darkness” and “Dead End District Fallout.”

Managed by the only national company to produce haunted houses around the country, 13th Floor Haunted House is all about set design. The makeup is pretty impressive too – as WGN’s Ana Beleval experienced firsthand.

The haunted house’s 20 to 30 minute walkthrough is recommended for anyone 16 years of age and older not accompanied by a minor - if you dare.
