CHICAGO — Chicago’s Very Own Chance the Rapper will be headlining the White House’s annual National Christmas Tree Lighting concert on Dec. 1.

President Obama has been showing the local artist a lot of love as of late. Chance the Rapper’s ‘Acid Rain’ was even included in the president’s summer playlist.

Kelly Clarkson and Yolanda Adams are also slated to headline the tree lighting concert.

While it’s free to attend, you can only get tickets by entering the lottery. It opens on Oct. 7. Click here for more details.
