CHICAGO - Most time the Bulls don't have a flurry of changes in the offseason. Building slowly and steadily is the typical pattern of the franchise over the past 20 years.

But 2015 hasn't been a normal year for the Bulls in any way, shape or form. Not only did they not make the playoffs for the first time since 2008 but they completely overhauled the roster in an unexpected way.

Instead of tearing down and building with youth, the team acquired Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo in an attempt to remain competitive while developing their younger players. Gone are veterans Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol as the team sports a new look for 2016-2017 season.

K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune came on the Sports Feed on WGN special to discuss the flurry of moves by the team this offseason with Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman.
