CHICAGO - It's so close the Cubs can almost taste the bubbly.

But there is still a matter of officially clinching the National League Central Division for the first time since 2008.

With their Magic Number at 1 thanks to a gem by Jon Lester on Wednesday, all the Cubs need is a win or a Cardinals loss and they will take the crown.

That means the Cubs will have a shot to celebrate the division championship during their series with the Brewers at Wrigley Field starting Thursday.

Jarrett Payton and Josh Frydman discussed this along with the strong performance of Lester over the last month on Wednesday's Sports Feed. That's part of the #FeedonThis from the show and you can watch that in the video above.

A number of new defensive players made their debut for the Bears on Sunday against the Texans.

While it wasn't the result Leonard Floyd, Jerrell Freeman, or Danny Trevathan wanted in the opening week the trio showed a lot of potential in their first game with the team.

Watch Jarrett and Josh discuss that on Wednesday's show in the video above.
