CHICAGO -- You can own your own piece of Wrigley Feld sod!

The Chicago Cubs started replacing the grass at the park Wednesday, and they're getting rid of the old stuff free of charge.

They will place 18 inch sections of sod in the Toyota Prius parking lot at Waveland and Clifton Avenues.

Reports said it wouldn't be available until 9 a.m. Thursday, but there is sod out there right now! It is free to take.

We'd recommend getting there soon as last year's sod went quickly.
